This major remodel added 900 square feet of space and touched all parts of the home with the exception of one bedroom and bathroom.

The home’s overall aesthetic was transformed from a California ranch-style to a prairie-inspired architecture with modern touches. The long, flat roof lines are mirrored by the rows of horizontal windows in the garage and front door details. The ceiling of the front entry was raised, bringing in a flood of light and openness into a previously dark front door entry.
