Sometimes an addition needs to be simple and minimal. With no available yard space, the home owners decided to add above their garage. Two new children’s bedrooms and a bath were also added. Playful and deliberate details successfully enhanced the original house while making no excuses for the functional and structural efficiencies of the addition.
